    • All items are despatched in plain white ‘jiffy’ bags or plain cardboard boxes. We do not place any branding or identifying marks onto these packings.
    • If payment is made by credit/debit card for discretion the transaction will be shown as "Fourtiers Ltd" on your statement. All payments are taken using Worldpays secure servers.
    • If items are out of stock, you will be contacted by one of our executives who will ask you how you would like to proceed.
    • All orders under £50.00 are sent 1st Class via the Royal Mail and incur a £2.95 picking and packing fee with 1-3 days delivery. All orders are sent by courier or Royal Mail and require a signature at the delivery point. If you instruct the courier company to leave products unattended, we will not be responsible for loss.
    • Special Delivery can be selected at a cost of £7.95 in the payment pages for orders below £50 which will guarantee delivery to mainland UK addresses by 1pm the next working day.
    • We charge fixed shipping rates per order, which have been carefully calculated to cover the cost to us of professionally despatching products in discrete packaging and getting them out with same day service.

    • Please note that delivery times are based on items being in stock, if items are out of stock you will be informed of the delay and advised of expected delivery date.

    The default cost for International Shipping is £10.00 for items less than £50 in value anything greater is £15.00, We may charge extra for delivering goods overseas based on the weight of the parcel and the destination.
